NO BAKE EGGLESS CHEESE CAKE

I ALWAYS LOVE COOKING WITH MINIMUM INGREDIENTS AS I AM A STUDENT.I LOOK FOR  DIFFERENT WAYS TO REUSE THINGS THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THE STORE.ONE SUCH ATTEMPT WAS A CHEESE CAKE.I START DROOLING THE MOMENT I HEAR OF THIS WORD.WHENEVER SOMEONE TALKS ABOUT IT OR I SEE THAT IN A MENU OUTSIDE, I MAKE SURE I GET TO TASTE IT IMMEDIATELY.

THE MOMENT YOU HAVE A BITE OF THIS DELICACY, YOU WILL KNOW WHAT HEAVEN IS ALL ABOUT.NOW LET ME CUT IT SHORT AND GIVE YOU THE SIX INGREDIENT RECIPE OF MY CHEESE CAKE.
INGREDIENTS:
1. FULL FAT PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE - 250 GMS
2.UNSALTED BUTTER - 1/3 CUP 
3.SINGLE OR DOUBLE CREAM -  150 GMS (I USED SINGLE CREAM AS I ADDED GELATIN FOR SETTING)
4.GELATIN- 1 TBSP
5.GRAHAM'S CRACKER OR DIGESTIVE BISCUITS CLOSER TO GRAHAM'S ( I USED ASDA DIGESTIVE BISCUITS)
6.SUGAR - 1/2 CUP



METHOD:
1.CRUSH THE GRAHAM CRACKERS WELL IN FOOD PROCESSOR AND ADD MELTED BUTTER OVER IT AND WHIZ IT WELL.
2.TAKE THAT AND PRESS OVER THE BOTTOM OF THE SPRINGFOAM PAN OR THE VESSEL YOU WISH TO MAKE YOUR CHEESE CAKE (I JUST USED A PLASTIC BOX )
3.NOW PLACE THE VESSEL CONTAINING THE BASE ONTO THE FRIDGE WHILE WE PREPARE THE REST.
4.MIX CREAM CHEESE,SINGLE CREAM AND SUGAR IN A BOWL.YOU CAN EITHER DO BY HAND OR LOW SPEED KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. (I USED A BLENDER)
5.TAKE THE GELATINE AND ADD IT IN HOT WATER.STIR IT COMPLETELY TILL IT DISSOLVES WELL.
6.ADD THE GELATINE MIXTURE ALONG WITH THE CHEESE MIXTURE AND POUR IT OVER THE GRAHAM BASE.
7.REFRIGERATE FOR 6-8 HOURS AND ENJOY. :)
I GAVE A PIECE OF MY CHEESE CAKE TO THE GRUMPY FLATMATE WHO NEVER SMILES AT ME AND THE NEXT DAY SHE COMES OUT TO ME SAYING GOOD MORNING WITH A MILLION DOLLAR SMILE.I SAID TO MYSELF "THE POWER OF CHEESE CAKE"
